They are instructed to avoid activities which may exacerbate the condition ie. lifting weights, hammering, etc. I would also prescribe stretches for the bicep and forearm supinators along with gentle strengthening exercises. Other treatment options for my patients&nbsp; include manual therapy and modalities as well."<br>]]>
