At minimum, you will need a PTA. I am sure that consideration would be given to any sports related experience you may have. If you have a good knowledge of sports related injuries, and the therapy of such, this would give you a considerable edge when looking for employment.

You need to work with a local team to get your name out there. From there onwards you can look to succeed.

The best thing is to get your name out there..
volunteer with the local youth sports teams etc.
the more people know about you the better..

I am a student PTA and I was intersted in getting into the sports rehab field when I graduate.
