    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.cyberpt.com/ptforum/member_profile.asp?PF=289">robrobin10</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 56<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> May 24 2010 at 4:27pm<br /><br />I have to say aquatic exercise was a god send when I was first getting over my severe attack last year.<br><br>It really helped strengthed my muscles up to the point where I could walk about unaided, though I do still use a stick when going for a walk over longer distances.<br><br>The warmer the water the better, though I didnt get much say in that as our aqua robics were held in the local swimming pool, not a special pool solely used for that purpose.<br><br><br>]]>
