Often times, patients will often participate in physical therapy after the inejction to assist with achieving lasting gains. The therapist can work on helping the patient improve with range of motion, strength, posture, function and pain management. Certain techniques and exercises can also be performed and prescribed to help reduce the disc bulge and promote healing."
