Magnum, Freemotion, etc.), thera band, hamstring curls on physioball (gym ball), etc. Strengthening at the core and other areas of the body which I found are weak are worked on as well. I would also have them work on stretching the hamstring. This can be done in sitting, lying down, or standing. When performing the stretch, I would have them stretch at various angles to ensure the 3 parts of the hamstring are stretched. I hope this helps."</DIV>]]>
