We are looking for exersizes she can start doing in an effort to discontinue the doctor visits. What exercises are usable to strengthen her back muscles to relieve the pain?"

Ask a PT Response: "In order to fully understand your question, I'll need some more information. What is actually wrong with your wife's back (ie. lumbar disc bulge, lumbar strain, etc.)? Exercise prescription is usually based on the injury and the individual patient."
