I've been using McKenzie "Treat Your Own Back and Neck Pain" VHS.&nbsp; I can no longer find it.&nbsp; I have also&nbsp;been using OPTP "The Shoulder School" VHS since 1986. I can't find this either.&nbsp; Is there an updated version of either one, preferably DVD?&nbsp; These 2 are used for first day visit-patient education.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I have also been using&nbsp;a patient exercise video "12 Minute Spine" VHS, a great flexion based core stabilization&nbsp;program for spinal stenosis problems.&nbsp; Can't find it - is there an updated version on DVD?&nbsp; This video is&nbsp;given to patients&nbsp;for their home exercise program.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Are there any recommendations for updated versions or comparable DVDs?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Thanks.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Don Vallie, P.T.</DIV>]]>
