For the past 25+ yrs. I've been using McKenzie "Treat Your Own Back and Neck Pain" VHS.  I can no longer find it.  I have also been using OPTP "The Shoulder School" VHS since 1986. I can't find this either.  Is there an updated version of either one, preferably DVD?  These 2 are used for first day visit-patient education.
 
I have also been using a patient exercise video "12 Minute Spine" VHS, a great flexion based core stabilization program for spinal stenosis problems.  Can't find it - is there an updated version on DVD?  This video is given to patients for their home exercise program.
 
Are there any recommendations for updated versions or comparable DVDs?
