A common exercise prescribed by PT's for a patient to perform at home is called the Brandt-Daroff exercise. Your PT should be familiar with it and will be able to show you the proper way to perform this exercise as it correlates with his or her PT findings. Don't attempt to perform&nbsp;this on your own as it could make your condition worse if not done in correlation to your PT findings. As far as recommending a PT clinic we are unable make any recommendations. Perhaps your physician could make a recommendation. Good luck with your recovery and thanks for using CyberPT."</DIV>]]>
