It is feeling better now but I still have some pain with lifting my leg and running. Any ideas on what I can do to speed up my recovery progress would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

Aurora

11 Posts

Posted - 06/22/2006 : 13:17:09 Show Profile Reply with Quote
Chris,
If the muscles in the region of your groin have become tight, I would recommend the use of a hot pack and a gentle groin stretch along with some gentle massage to the area. It sounds like you are getting better so just let time heal. I would definitely not return to any sport as long as you are still hurting because you can reinjure it. If things don't continue to improve definitely seek out medical attention.
