What I found interesting was strengthening the stomach muscles improved back support thus making my back pains diminish. I still have minor issues so I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with other exercises to strengthen the back without hurting it?

Thanks!

grpt

15 Posts

Posted - 07/19/2007 : 10:09:12 Show Profile Reply with Quote
Pilates and physioball exercises are excellent for strengthening your core (abdominals & back). If you have a gym membership you can look into participating in these classes or can use other resources such as books, the internet, your therapist or a personal trainer.
