I think it developed from a soccer injury I had, and despite the stretches and exercises I've done it still it not 100%. I think it's either the biceps femoris long head or the semitendinosus. I'd like to get this healed asap, would icing it do anything?"<div><br></div><div><b>Ask a PT Response:</b>&nbsp;At this point in time (6 months) I don't think icing will help. If stretching and exercises have not helped it might be a good time to see a physical therapist now. They can determine what is contributing to your condition and develop a plan of care based on the findings. More than likely manual therapy will be incorporated into the treatment.
