I am 65 year old female in good shape. thank you. it just seems like too much too soon."</P><DIV></DIV><P><strong>Ask a PT Response:</strong> "I would contact the PT you worked with and notify him or her of your current status and see if you can get any feeback. From what you describe, your home exercise sounds appropriate. However, if you are experiencing increase edema or symptoms, it may be a good idea to back off somewhat. The PT may be able to provide some other recommendations which or modifications which may owrk better for you."</P>]]>
