Apps to Go has an app on the google play store under the medical category entitled "G Code for Therapists PT,OT,SP". The previous app's conversion calculator was not working properly, that has been addressed with the latest app!!!

These codes are which are a combination of a functional descriptor code and functional assessment are mandated to be used by July 1,2013 by CMS. So this app has a lot of good information and an actual conversion calculator that does it for you.
