I just wanted to share my experience with a contour pillow for the neck. I had been having neck pain in the shoulder and neck region for the past 2 months for no apparent reason. I had therapy for 6 visits and it went away. The therapist said my problem was with the muscles in my neck tightening up on me. My therapist also recommended a contour pillow for my neck with sleeping. I picked one up from Bed Bath & Beyond. It was about $30. It made a HUGE difference with my sleeping. Whe I woke up in the mornings my neck no longer felt tight and stiff. Also I have not had pain since therapy and using the pillow. Just thought I would share my experience.
