Have had this for 11/2 weeks now. Pain extends approx 4"above and below elbow. It helps but in some exercisesI have to remove it because it is too restrictive.<br><br>I have been icing 4 x /day and using electro stim intermittently. Both seem tohelp. Cannot use NSAIDs D/T ulcer hx. Also doing deep tissue massage withfingers and Ice. But much too painful to rub directly over medial epicondyle. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"></font></p><p style="margin: 0.45pt 0.9pt; line-height: normal;" ="Ms&#111;normal"><span style='color: black; font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-: EN;' lang="EN">Whatabout the use of Heat?
