The first step would be to take a look at they type of foot you have: neutral, supinated or pronated. Stopped running for awhile, walked 3 miles a day. But in the past week i've noticed my knee pain only occurs when i get home after the days over and take off my shoes and start walking around. The pain lasts until the next day.....BUT, if i put on another pair of shoes when i get home, i dont get knee pain....at all. <br><br>Can someone explain this? I thought walking barefoot was better for you haha. <br>]]>
