Following the completion of this two day program you will be able to perform Work Hardening/ Conditioning evaluations, design treatment plans, perform treatment, progress your patients, and implement programming that will be recognized by case managers and your referral sources as the highest of return to work quality.  This course will teach you the latest techniques in a return to work rehab practice.  The approach taught in this course is an approach that fills your work hardening program back up with many referrals.

By the end of this training program learners will be able to:

• Perform work hardening/conditioning evaluations. 
• Create treatment plans from your evaluation.
• Set up your own work hardening/conditioning space. 
• Establish your program as a market leader and grow your market share.
• Document your evaluation findings and establish return-to-work goals.
• Establish frequency, durations and overall length of stay in your program.
• Identify appropriate exercise programs and implement job simulated exercises.
• Learn methods in treating the difficult return-to-work patient.

You will receive hands on experience performing each of the work conditioning/hardening assessments being trained and creating treatment plans from your evaluations.

OccuPro's Return-to-Work software will be utilized during the course as a training tool. This is an optional piece of software however it is a highly recommended software program that will greatly improve your productivity and efficiency in completing industrial rehabilitation assessments.
